Get Ready to START HEALTHY in the Fall of 2023 with the August Edition of Start Healthy! Autumn is around the corner and as the holidays approach, so does the prospect of picking up a few pounds along the way! By establishing discipline and control, and getting a better understanding of ourselves and our own natural tendencies, we can navigate the winter of 2023 in a healthy way while still allowing ourselves to indulge in the delectable holiday delights we all enjoy every Fall and Winter.

This issue covers healthy habits, and understanding your Circadian Rhythms. It also explores the concept of “Healthy Aging”, something I am growing increasingly interested in as I get closer to becoming 50 years of age. Enjoy!
