One constant in life (and I do not mean Death & Taxes) is Change. For more than a year, the Miami Beach Brokers® website was hosted on a CRM platform known as KVCore, a platform that for a while I paid some good lip service to. Unfortunately, it was not properly meeting my customers’ expectations, and frankly, their support staff was not meeting mine. In September, I began the process of getting things ready to move to a new website & CRM solution offered by the RealGeeks platform. Thus far, I am seeing some better indexing from the search engines as I deploy my content pages such as the one I created for Miami Beach Real Estate. I have even been creating neighborhood pages, as I am able to write the content for them, for each city I am featuring on the website. For example, you can now specifically find Property Listings For Sale on Allison Island or Homes For Sale on the Sunset Islands. In many cases you will see custom photography for each of the area page’s main images, some of these were taken from Shutterstock, and other photographs were taken by me. I feel as if I am able to be more creative with this new website and I also feel that my content will get more attention as a result of using this new platform. We shall see!
