In contrast, South Florida's business-friendly environment has attracted companies, resulting in lower vacancy rates compared to major cities like New York and Chicago. Currently, South Florida has 13.19 million square feet of vacant office space, with Miami-Dade County accounting for 6.09 million square feet.
