
Work continued throughout the summer on the Miami Beach Brokers web & social media presences and now, over the next few months, the transformation of the business name into an entire brand culture will start to take shape. The brand messaging began earlier today, October 1st, 2020 with this post:
Some of the ongoing developments that culminated into real progress and success this summer are:
a) The company’s creative director, Valentina Blanco Ruser, had presented a compelling 3-month plan & proposal which was agreed to pending some minor refinements, and now a continuation of that proposal is in-progress.
b) Miami Beach Brokers has engaged Oggvo, an online reputation management company to facilitate the company’s desire to engage customers’ feedback with respect to their customer service experience both during and after their transaction has closed. This has historically been a weak point as I previously felt that any request for a review was customer harassment, but now I see the light and how important it is to get reviews.
c) Miami Beach Brokers selected Real Geeks to be its official CRM and website, hosting provider. A specialist in this platform has been engaged to further customize the website and we anticipate the launch of a more elegant & refined version of the Miami Beach Brokers Official Website before Thanksgiving 2020.
d) After reviewing some of the recommendations of Real Geeks customer support staff, we engaged a custom website developer familiar with the RealGeeks Platform to fully customize the website.
e) Beginning on the 1st of July, 2020, Miami Beach Brokers became a REALTOR® organization.
f) After some negotiations, the company purchased the MiamiBeachBrokers.com domain fully completing its ownership of the core namespace domains in order to protect the Miami Beach Brokers brand as much as possible. No cybersquatters or imitators will be tolerated and we have a law firm on retainer to protect our pending trademark and other intellectual property.
g) I am pleased to announce that I finally hired an Executive Assistant, Roxana Smith, in August. She is a fast learner and has been a big help in getting the “show on the road” with respect to moving the various agenda items forward for Miami Beach Brokers.
It has taken years of work and planning, but I am proud to say that we are finally rolling out the Miami Beach Brokers™ brand in a way that excites me so much that I literally went out and bought an entirely new wardrobe to match the brand and its colors.
