Due to issues, I have been having with WordPress.com, the original hosting service for BeachBroker.Miami (originally RealtorOfMiami.com & later, Real-Estate-Of-Miami.com), I have opted to solve several problems at once by consolidating my websites into a single website, at least for now.
- BeachBroker.Miami is being moved/consolidated/redirected into REBROKER.MIAMI. Article recovery is in progress, part of 2018 and all of 2019 went missing so I am looking into data recovery.
- RealtorOfMiami.Wordpress.com has been updated and retired for reasons explained in the sole remaining article on that site.
- The REBROKER.MIAMI website might re-branded to BeachBroker.Miami
- An interim MLS connected website for my new brokerage, Miami Beach Brokers, is up at MiamiBeachBrokers.Net.
- http://BeachBroker.Miami, for right now, will redirect to the REBROKER.Miami blog, where you will begin seeing my Featured Buildings, Featured Properties and possibly my publication(s) of The Miami Beaches Market Pulse.
- Metro International Investments (https://mii.miami) will be redirected to an About page on one of the remaining websites and the existing site decommissioned.
- A new social media look & feel is being rolled out over the next few months. The focus going forward will be on content for and from the new brokerage, Miami Beach Brokers.
It is my hope to recapture as many of the nearly 900 subscribers as I can to the new and improved blog. The new website has MLS access, Featured Condominium Pages in the blog section, many with complete floor plans of the subject tower, and more!
I will keep this web presence going, of course, and try to set up a few widgets that follow at least some of my various social media channels. Most subscribers are here for the Miami Beaches Market Pulse, now a quarterly publication I put out, and so I will continue to publish links to where these articles can be found. I will post links to the recovered articles when I am done rebuilding them, but the next article to be published will be this month, April 2020, and it will cover the first quarter of 2020.
